Name: Kasha Age: Well over a dozen centuries Sex: Male Profession: Body-stealing demon Location: Outskirts of the Inner Kingdom Affiliations: None Disposition: Clever, mischievous, curious, and malevolent.
Rumors tell of a shadow that sweeps across the war zone after a gruesome battle, stealing corpses and disappearing into the night. This shadow is Kasha, a demon spirit who feeds on the bodies of evildoers and terrorizes the human race for fun.
Kasha has two forms—in one, he presents as ordinary cat, and in the other, he reveals his true demon form. While disguised, Kasha appears to the average passerby as nothing more than a regular stray prowling the streets, disheveled white fur contrasted by a single crimson piece of fabric tied around his neck. However, in his true form as a bipedal cat demon, Kasha stands at around 6’4” with piercing golden eyes, his thick, muscular body hidden beneath his traditional red robes.
Although his diet consists entirely of flesh (he prefers human, but he isn’t opposed to hunting other creatures), Kasha occasionally possesses corpses for fun before eating them, puppeteering their bodies and marauding as the recently-deceased for as long as he can keep the facade up. He finds the human race both fascinating and pitiful, and spends the majority of his free time messing with the humans who were unfortunate enough to cross his path.
Impish and playful, Kasha enjoys conversation with the humans of Shinkami Dao, often teasing them with riddles and frightening them with tales of the horrors beyond their realm. While the majority of humanity is seen as playthings to him, he has been known to take a liking to a few rare humans—though they are usually just as inclined to crime and murder as he is. That being said, he has never shown romantic interest in any humans, as well as any demons. In his own words, he prefers a cold body over a warm one.
